How Our Delivery Service Works
The need for you to leave your house or facility to pick up your prescriptions are a thing of the past.
We Receive Your Prescription Order
Once we receive your prescription order we can begin filling your prescriptions for you.
Your Prescription Order Is Filled
Once your prescriptions are filled they are then ready to go out for delivery.
A Courier Delivers Your Prescription
One of our in-house couriers or UPS will deliver your prescriptions to your home or facility.
In-House Delivery Schedule
For hospice and long-term care patients. What time you receive your prescriptions will all depend on the time of day we receive your prescription order.
Weekday Delivery Service (Monday-Friday):
- Orders received by 12:00 pm are delivered between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
- Orders received by 5:00 pm are delivered between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
Weekend Delivery Service (Saturday-Sunday):
- Orders received by 4:00 pm are delivered between 4:30 pm and 9:00 pm.
UPS Delivery Schedule
For patients whose prescriptions we ship via UPS.
Weekday UPS Delivery Service (Monday-Friday):
- Once your order is confirmed and paid for, your order will leave our pharmacy after 3:30 pm and be scanned into the UPS system thereafter.
- Your medications will typically arrive within 1-2 business days from the day of shipping, ensuring that you have timely access to the medications you need.
- Please be aware some areas do offer Saturday delivery.
