After this confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from that specific program. To rejoin, simply sign up again by texting START, and we will start sending messages for the programs you enroll in.
- Delivery Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the successful delivery of text messages, as factors beyond our control, such as network availability, terrain, buildings, weather, and your equipment, may affect delivery. Neither Mountain Care Pharmacy nor your wireless carrier is liable for undelivered, delayed, or misdirected messages, or for any inaccuracies in the message content.

- Protected Health Information (PHI): Mountain Care Pharmacy utilizes appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect patient information when communicating electronically. While we use a secure messaging platform designed to support HIPAA-compliant communications, text messages ultimately travel over wireless carrier networks, which may present inherent security risks outside of our control. By consenting to receive text messages, you acknowledge these risks and authorize Mountain Care Pharmacy to communicate with you by text regarding your pharmacy services, prescriptions, and other treatment-related communications.
